1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jua365 ("jua365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jua365 online gaming platform available at jua365.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jua365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jua365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. jua365 strictly enforces this age restriction and will require identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on jua365.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jua365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jua365 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant gaming authority.

jua365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jua365 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jua365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jua365 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jua365 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

jua365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, forged, or misleading documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your jua365 account is accurate and up to date. jua365 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jua365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jua365 account.
• You must notify jua365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• jua365 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

jua365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility unless you have notified jua365 of a security breach in a timely manner.

jua365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature is available in your Account Security Settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access .

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jua365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where technically supported.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jua365 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. jua365 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Most withdrawals to GCash and Philippine bank accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• jua365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on jua365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jua365 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

5.5 Responsible Use of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jua365 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jua365 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jua365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jua365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds have a validity period. Any bonus not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• jua365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jua365 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jua365 servers, the server record shall prevail.
• jua365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jua365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using jua365 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jua365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jua365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jua365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jua365.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jua365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jua365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jua365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jua365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data

jua365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jua365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

12. Responsible Gaming

jua365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jua365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jua365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that jua365 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your jua365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jua365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jua365 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jua365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to jua365's customer support team for informal resolution. jua365 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jua365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
